Kubira ibyuya bibaho kenshi igihe uri muri sport, cg se igihe uri ahantu hafunganye kandi hashyushye. Nubwo hari abo bibangamira, gusa kubira ibyuya ni ingenzi cyane kuko bifasha ubuzima bwawe cyane.

1. Bizamura hormones zituma ugira akanyamuneza
