Umubiri wacu ukenera intungamubiri nyinshi kugira ngo ubashe gukora neza ndetse n’indwara nyinshi zitabasha kutuzengereza cyane ko izo ntungamubiri zitandukanye zituma ubudahangarwa bw’umubiri bukomera.Habaho ubwoko bwinshi bw’intungamubiri zitandukanye,nka za Vitamini,Poroteyini ndetse n’imyunyungugu.
